2. OSS-RC manages Network Elements in the core and access networks for the following domains: GSM,
WCDMA, and LTE, which are developed by, or sourced by, Ericsson. OSS-RC supports centralized
operation and maintenance of 2G, 3G & 4G networks and provides end-to-end management of the radio,
core, and backbone networks. OSS-RC provides a common framework for O&M handling of nodes within
