Come out to Sunfield in Buda, Texas for the community wide garage sale!

HOMEOWNERS: SUNFIELD
COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION GARAGE
SALE IS SCHEDULED FOR
Saturday, OCTOBER 27th.
Each Homeowner that would
like to participate should
have their garage door open
with your items priced. Don't
forget to have plenty of
change (both coins & one
dollar bills). The hours for the
Garage Sale will be from 7am
until 3pm. After the Sale each
participant (homeowner) will
need to clean up and have
items that didn't sell put
away by 5pm that day. You can put balloons or a sign
or both in your yard for the day. The HOA is advertising
this event with nice signage displayed at different
main street locations a few days prior to the Sale to
help draw in a crowd. Plus it will be posted in on
Craigslist. Tell your friends and co- workers about the
event. We will be sending out reminders, and
remember the more homeowners participating the
better for all of us. We are planning to have another
garage sale in the Spring. Wouldn’t it be nice to get rid
of things we don't use or need and turn them into
$$$$? The holidays are just around the corner! Lets
clean out those garages and make room for our cars!
