ife of an entrepreneur is tough and we are often hit by a roadblock.
Like it or not, building your own empire from scratch takes every
bit of your heart, soul, blood, and sweat. When it comes to business
and implementation, no amount of knowledge is ever enough. While you
have your own set of expertise, as an entrepreneur you need to stay-up-
to-date of your environment. From what’s new, what’s not to what will
happen in the coming day, you need to be well versed?
I’ve wanted to be there not just by virtue of being the editor but because
I had something to say something that might join us for a moment in
that miraculous way words can. I am really encouraged by the feedback
received from the readers and the institutions which are in association
with our magazine. Many thanks to my team for the work undertaken.

redit card processing has grown in popularity,
andmanyindustryexpertsseegreatopportunity
in the payment market. Jeff Brodsly, President
and CEO of Chosen Payments, was one such leader
who was passionate about running a firm and making
a lot of money. His mantra, quest, and only ambition
became achieving success in Chosen Payments.
Birth of Entrepreneurship
Jeffwasneverastudiousstudent,whichresultedinhim
receiving ordinary grades. He was smart, though, and
knew that if he put out genuine effort into something,
he would be successful.
“When I started high school, I became involved in a
BusinessAcademywithinthehighschool,”heexplains.
This is where my dream of being an entrepreneur
started to take shape. Within the academy, I rose to the
position of leader and was instrumental in enlisting
the help of other students. Within the academy, I
became a creative driving force, and it gave me great
pleasure to see others succeed. This is a quality I’ve
kept throughout my life.”
He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and
a master’s degree in sociology after high school.
He even began a real estate company, but when the
market crashed, he turned his emphasis to credit card
processing, which was steadily getting traction, and
Chosen Payments was born.
It was not, however, an easy journey. “Setbacks are a
part of life,” he continues. The speed with which you
recover from a setback is determined by the type of
the setback and your ability to recover rapidly. While
I’ve had several setbacks since beginning Chosen
Payments, two of the most memorable involve creating
my first credit card processing company with a few
partners.”

We offer credit card processing, check guarantee
services, merchant loans, branded gift and loyalty
card programmes, internet shopping cart integration,
and payment processing that can be incorporated into
current apps or developed from scratch. We’re a one-
stop shop for being paid for goods and services for
retailers.
Every company’s growth will be fueled by the use of
cutting-edge technology. Experts at the company
have created apps that notify retailers when money
is deposited into their accounts. A business owner
can be on the beach and receive notifications on how
much money has been deposited in his bank account,
which made the payments, and much more. We must
keep up with the industries we serve and how they
envisage the use of technology because we live in a
technological environment.

However, acing the A-game requires a mix of culture
and creativity. There are a slew of other critical metrics

finance directors. My key obligation is to set the vision

based on year-over-year growth. Chosen Payments
was ranked the 800th fastest growing privately held
company in America by Inc. Magazine in 2017.
About Future Ventures
Jeff has a strong desire to take his company to new
heights. He has already calculated his future goals, as
he is an excellent planner.
“We recently launched a new sales office in Grand
Haven, Michigan,” he explains. Because we have sales
offices all around the country, we can participate in
and attend conferences without having to drive vast
distances. We prefer to meet with our merchants in
person, thus dividing the country into areas allows
us to do so more frequently. In terms of worldwide
expansion, we expanded into Canada last year and
will continue to look at other countries in the future,
but for now, we’re concentrating on gaining merchants
in the United States.”

However, these challenges prepared her and her team
to be ready for the unexpected. No matter what comes
their way, they have to adapt and offer the best services.
She adds, “It has also taught us not to take anything for
granted. Something as simple as going out to lunch with
a coworker seems unimaginable now, so we must never
take the simple pleasures for granted.”

I am leading the company with the support of our
leadership team, taking care of its growth, innovation,
creativity, and the team, the most important resource
to success. During my regular days, most of my time is
invested in brainstorming with my team for either our
client program reviews or for company strategies and
projects. I also spend a lot of time on our relationship
with partners, as I consider them crucial for our
success for the benefits of our clients and our daily
teamwork. He gets a lot of satisfaction when clients
emotionally express their level of satisfaction in
working with Mutika. Over time Stefano has acquired
a lot of rewards that represent essential steps of his life.
Achieving greater heights
Stefano believes that there should be a balance
between professional and personal life to succeed on
both fronts.
On the professional front, he motivates everyone to
take onus for their responsibilities and work with full
dedication. He expresses that with work, fun is also
essential.
Rewarding is the key. We like to work hard but also
to play hard. With a great team, we get together to
relax, have fun, and enjoy the results achieved. When
a client is happy, and they show it, I make sure the
team feels it and that we celebrate, so it’s a team reward
that we all need to enjoy. Champagne in these cases
plays a key role.
On the personal front, he manages to take some time
off to blow the steam. He feels that taking off some
time is vital to re-fill the energy in the mind and body
to take the next challenges. He adds, “If I am off, I am
off, and I will try to enjoy every single minute of it,
but if I am at work, then I will be fully concentrated
on our company or team priorities and define them
straight away.”
Future ventures
Everything around us is constantly changing; being
aware of that means focusing on always maintaining a
strong energy and will to construct and create, whether
big or small, a better future. They are planning to grow
in other markets within Europe and also to invest
in different areas within their industry, such as, for
example, opening a small luxury boutique hotel with
a lifestyle Restaurant and Bar, Spa, and more.
On a personal level, he states, “My goal is to create
a foundation to support an important Italian hospital
for kids where I, myself, had an experience at the age
of 11 years old, and I am forever thankful for their
efforts.” He aims to have the best-in-class team, full
of energy, well paid for their performances, and a
company able to generate essential profits that will
allow him to support a social project/foundation.

1. Correspondence
Great relational qualities are one of the most important
initiative credits if you’re in an administrative capacity
or position. All we have as humans is the ability to use
language to communicate in a coordinated manner.
Although there are nonverbal indications, having the
ability to speak openly and compassionately with others is
the foundation of successful authority. Great leaders pay
attention to the entire group of their followers, employees,
and each individual they are leading. Great leaders, and
even more spectacular leaders, aren’t born; they’re bred.
“Converse with someone about themselves and they’ll
tune in for quite a while,” says Dale Carnegie in How to
Win Friends and Influence People, which is one of my
favourite quotes. This is absolutely correct. The more you
visibly connect with others and show genuine interest in
their lives, the more others will be drawn to you and chat
about their lives with you. They’ll become energised, feel
heard, and begin to recognise, respect, and trust you.
When you show no attention, insist on an eye-to-eye
connection, and say that you don’t often think about
personal experiences that others relate, they will shut
down, stop sharing as much, and become hesitant about
their advantages.
One of the most important aspects of a good pioneer
is their ability to communicate. If you want your fans
to have complete faith in you, you must be an excellent
communicator.
2. Honesty

no one is looking.” There can be no genuine achievement
withouthonesty.Whenyouneedtrustworthinessyourself,
you can’t expect your followers to be forthright. Genuine
and exceptional leaders succeed when they keep their
word, follow their guiding principle, show others how to
do it, and finish what they start. Any remaining authority
attributes are built on the foundation of honesty.
3. Responsibility
Extraordinary Leaders must follow Arnold Glasow’s
advice when it comes to responsibility: “A worthy pioneer
takes minimum too much the blame and minimum not
as much as a lot of the glory.”
Leaders, both good and great, are responsible for the
group’s outcomes, whether fortunate or unlucky. They
hold themselves and their representatives accountable for
their actions, causing the group to be aware of specific
expectations.
They acknowledge a job well done and, when necessary,
take responsibility for a mistake. Building trust with their
group is probably the fastest technique for Leaders to
turn out to be acceptable Leaders by being responsible
and demonstrating others how to achieve it. Being
accountable for the actions and practises of those around
you is essential for developing administration qualities
akin to responsibility.
4. Sympathy
Genuinely great leaders are responsive enough to
understand their supporters’ motivations, expectations,
aspirations, and challenges, allowing them to form a deep
personal bond with them.
5. Increment imagination
Understanding where people are coming from helps to
create a more human environment where colleagues are
more productive and leaders thrive.
One of the most wonderful authority credits you can

between being “nice” and having passionate insight. Only
a powerful leader understands the need of empathising

with a personal conflict at home, medical issues, or
transportation issues. Genuine leaders are empathetic
with their followers and have a deep understanding of
their motivations.
6. Quietude
When it comes to developing authority traits, it’s all too
easy to become enamoured with a new title or rank rather
than putting in the time and effort required to become
a good pioneer in peace. In any event, remarkable
authority styles place a greater emphasis on critical
thinking and group dynamics than on self-promotion. A
good pioneer will never be compelling if they are more
concerned with their own well-being than the well-being
of their community. Being unassuming and open to
their colleagues will make a pioneer substantially more
relatable and compelling.
7. Energy
Leaders motivate their followers based on their
demonstrated conduct, life perspective, and mentality in
any given situation, not on their objectives or results.
It’s often said that employees and direct reports mirror
their bosses’ behaviour, and effective leaders must
continually demonstrate how it’s done while reflecting
how they want their team to act.
It everything boils down to creativity. Indeed, even
the most pleasant working environments can become
unpleasant at times; what matters is how leaders respond
to this pressure with a positive attitude rather than
becoming irritated and blaming others. Inspiration isn’t
one of those administrative qualities that should be
neglected or dismissed. Keeping a good attitude in the
face of adversity or loss is a sign of solidarity. It’s a sign
that even if things aren’t going as planned, you can still
keep your head straight and lead your family.
8. Assignment
Leaders are shifting from doing to driving, which is a
difficult transition for some. Many new leaders are used
to doing everything themselves and struggle to let others
handle their responsibilities on their own.

About the journey
The brand has been established since 1773, myself and
my team are custodians of this wonderful institution,
and it is my job to pass it on to the future leaders of the
company in a better position than when I inherited it.
He expanded his education base in the business domain
from New College Swindon and Oxford University-
Keble College. He started his professional career as
Trainee Dispensing Optician in Haine and Smith. Then
he went up to grab different titles and handle various
roles, which allowed him to expand his skill set. He
gained valuable experience throughout his career in
various leadership positions, moving into the role of
CEO Christy’s London in 2017.
Bringing the change in the industry
Christy’s London is one of the most well-known
companies in the world, with a history dating back over
200 years. Christy’s London is well known for producing
over 70% of its products in the United Kingdom, from
its plant in Oxfordshire, using traditional strategies and
machinery dating back over 200 years. “This definitely
sets us apart from our competition,” Steve says. “Our
history and tradition are authentic, and we would never
compromise the quality of our products by cutting
corners.” We stand by these key traits as a company, and
they create a firm platform on which to build.”

Life as CEO and Founder
Saar prefers to play the field offensively rather than
defensively when wearing the CEO hat at Banjo Health.
“A lot of people think the CEO is the quarterback,
but in my opinion, my job is to do the blocking and
tackling so that my squad can get down the field,” he
says. Eventually, I hope that my role will move to that of
a coach on the sidelines, and we can begin to create the
team, but for now, I feel like I’m playing offensive line.”
As a self-motivated individual, he maintains himself
energised in order to motivate the team to achieve
their full potential and give the greatest outcomes
possible. He feels that a company can try new things if
it has a good team. “If you want to go fast, go alone,” he
says, quoting a renowned African saying. Go together
if you want to go far.” Every Friday, the team has an
open discussion in order to foster a healthy working
relationship. As a result, everyone can share anything
about their lives with whom they feel a little close,
allowing for the formation of a strong team network.
Future ventures
Prior Authorization is a very active and painful process
for patients, doctors, and payers in today’s society.
Banjo Health wants to turn it into a passive process that
runs in the background while still allowing all parties
to achieve their objectives: providers can provide the
best level of care to their patients in a timely manner,
and payers can ensure that their members are receiving
care based on the most up-to-date care guidelines and
within their benefit design.
We’d like to go beyond payers and begin working on
prescriber process as well. That is something we are
looking forward to. We are starting to observe the
rise of various private insurances on a global scale,
which means that Prior Authorization will become
more common in other countries. However, we do not
consider ourselves to be merely a PA firm. We want to
usetechnologytohelpsolvetheworld’shealthproblems,
particularly when it comes to the administrative burden
in healthcare.

and development. Anyway, despite the fact that they are
open to criticism, they are constantly asking themselves,
“What could I improve?”

of Public Policy: “You will delve deeply into your inward
world and subliminal psyche by using the self-reflection
technique. You’ll be able to better judge who you are as
a person and how you communicate in the environment
you’ve created.”
Taking A Stab At More
Mindful pioneers aim for more than a single
accomplishment. They must put their skills and energy
to good use in order to approve change on a large scale.
To have a long-term impact, however, pioneers should
first use their self-appreciation attention to objectively
identify areas where they need to improve.
We must embrace, appreciate, and consider that clarity
about what is and isn’t factual as an asset to make our lives
more remarkable, and to make the world more prominent
— which, once again, is our entire mission.
At its core, mindfulness provides pioneers with more
than just another tool for advancement. It helps them
remember why they needed to be pioneers in the first
place. It enables them to discover and embody the impact
they need to have, not only on their coworkers — or
even on their associations — but on the entire globe. In
addition, that is a pioneer worth following.
