Which of your projects are you proud of
and why?
One of our most recent projects was the Temperature
Checking Robot for Children, which can help to check
each child’s body temperature before they reach the
school grounds. This is one of the noble efforts, in
my opinion, because during the PANDEMIC, every
parent is concerned about whether or not to bring
their children to school. At the same time, school
administrators seek to provide a safe and sanitary
atmosphere for the students so that parents can have
faith in the institution. So, by installing this Temperature
Robot Called RUBYBOT, our robot played a vital part in
gaining the trust of parents on behalf of the school.
What is your strategy to reach new
industries and new customers?
Our strategy is really straightforward: we are innovative.
We strive to be one-of-a-kind in our solutions and
services so that when we approach any industry to solve

13. an issue, we stand out from the crowd and are accepted
right away. We use a variety of methods for new
consumers. Our new consumers are primarily acquired
through our website and social media platforms. Aside
from that, our sales team finds new consumers through
cold calling and direct visits.
What are the main challenges do you face
with the recent trends in the industry?
We cannot dispute that there are challenges everywhere.
However, because we work without unique solutions
and services for every business, there were no significant
hurdles for us. However, the market’s hottest topics are
artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation, all of
which we’ve accepted and are offering to the sector.
What were the constraints you faced at the
time of inception?
To be honest, we didn’t just have to deal with a few
limits; we had to deal with a lot of them, and we’re still
dealing with them. The main limits I’d want to mention
are finance, smart team, innovative team, and loyal
customers. Employees are being upgraded to the most
cutting-edge and inventive technologies, and investors’

How do you manage the promotion of your
project through social media outreach and
email campaigns?
In the Digital Age, we must become more digitally
focused in order to reach out to everyone. Because we
are physically unable to travel to other nations, we can
now easily traverse borders via social media platforms.
So, basically, we have a specific team that specialises in
social media marketing and is in charge of everything.
Nowadays, having a strong social media presence is
more crucial than having a strong email campaign.
What do you think about the expansion of
Kiran Smart? What will be the plan?
We are planning to expand in different countries due
to our demand for solutions and services, and we have
some strategies in place to do so. Wherever possible, we
will have our direct investment, distributor, partner, or
joint venture, and it will depend on country to country
and our expansion strategies. At the moment, the UAE,
the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and
India are on our list of countries to expand to as soon as
possible.

in nearby times?
Because we see innovation and competition every
day, the future of new companies has become
unpredictable. In order to solve people’s
problems efficiently, a startup must be truly
unique.
How do you see AI
impacting the future of
application development?
In every industry, AI will take over 90% of
the applications. Ai (Artificial Intelligence)
is the buzzword in the market right
now. People are looking for AI in
every answer. Whether it’s robotics,
documentation management, CCTV
video surveillance, employee productivity,
guest delight, cyber-security, and the list
goes on, I’m all about integration. Artificial
intelligence will be applied in the MARS
mission, space projects, and future
Moon missions. Simultaneously, AI
skills would be so advanced that they
would be used to learn about the various universes in
the cosmos. It will happen in the near future; it is only
a matter of time.
Please tell us if there is a useful solution
to the current COVID19 scenario?
Locally and globally, we designed and delivered UVC
disinfection robots and Dry Mist Spray Disinfection
Robots to combat COVID-19 situations where
sanitary can be maintained and human life may be
saved. Our other services robots have been deployed
in hotels, hospitals, restaurants, cafés, and other
locations to serve humans in order to preserve social
distance, reduce human interaction, and maintain
a clean atmosphere in order to reduce COVID 19
infection. We were fortunate to be able to assist
humans with our various robot models during COVID
19 PANDEMIC.
