8. Vehicle for transportation should be used properly covered
and in case of temperature sensitive items should be
temperature controlled.

3. Performance Standards:
The performance data is evaluated on the basis of timely
deliveries and product damages & shortages during
transportation. Primary indicators set for evaluating
Transporter Performance during a particular period are
Delivery delays
Damages during transportation
Short Suppliers & promptness in reimbursement on short
supplies complaints.
In case of performance found “Unsatisfactory” in any criteria
that will be counted as one “Unsatisfactory” performance and
if found “Unsatisfactory” in all criteria it will be counted as
three “Unsatisfactory” performances.
Results of the performance assessment be evaluated as per
prescribed frequency periods and every frequency results,
whenever evaluated, through out the validity period of the
transporter, be transferred on Re-Assessment form.
Warning to Transporter / Logistic Companies:
If any transporter performance found un-satisfactory,
designated official enter the Warning on the Reassessment
form and concerned in-charge, issues written Warning notice

4. to transporter whose performance fall in “Unsatisfactory”
category.
Cancellation of Transporter Registration:
Upon three (3) consecutive “Unsatisfactory” performances in
a year in all or any of the above mentioned evaluation
criteria, registration of transporter can
Be Cancelled for one year or as recommended by the
Transporter Selection Review Committee (TSRC).
In case of the transporter is re-listed after one year, and
repeats unsatisfactory performance and / or other incidents of
failure mentioned , his Registration can be cancelled for a
period of 3 years or be strike off permanently from the list of
approved transporter depending upon the performance.
TSRC (Transporter Selection Review Committee) is
authorized to over-rule the decision of registration of
transporter, issuance of warnings and / or cancellation /
suspension of registration according to the nature of item(s)
being transported by the concerned transporter or non-
availability of alternative source or due to any other reason.
