Impact analysis will highlight / study:
• 1. whether, and if so how, VINNVÄXT initiatives have affected the "region" (ie leading
regional players) work with innovation and growth strategies and their implementation.
An important aspect is to shed light on the ability of a more systemic action
developed.
• 2. whether, and if so how, VINNVÄXT initiatives have affected the "region" (ie leading

deliver good quality in data
• More specific task for follower researchers to
focus on quality in data for results on system
level (layer 3 and 4)
• Programme management needs to be a
dialogue parter throughout the process of the
impact analysis – due to the complexity
• Strategic learning approach in the international
evaluations has proven to be successful
(not just control)
