พิซซา(pizza) เปนอาหารอิตาลี และอาหารจานดวนประเภทหนึ่ง ที่ชาวอิตาลีเปนผู
คิดคน มีลักษณะเปนแปงแผนกลมแบน ราดดวยซอสมะเขือเทศ แลวทําใหสุกโดยการอบใน
เตาอบ และยังมีหลากหลายหนาใหเลือกสรรคตามใจชอบ พิซซาโโยทั่วไปจะแบงออกเปน
2 ประเภท ไดแก
