This guide will allow you to understand how to invite your staff to access their User Account in Talenox and at the same time, you'll learn how to set the access rights for each employee.

2. To start inviting employees, click on Profiles app on the dashboard.
As you invite your team mates, you’ll be able to set the access rights
for each of them.

3. In Profiles app, click on “Employee Listing” under Manage my database.

4. Over at Employee Listing page, click on “Edit” to view an employee’s profile
to set the access rights and send invitation to access Talenox.

5. Head over to User account section on the right. This is the section where you
can key in the User Account Email to invite this employee to access Talenox.

6. … … the access rights (User, Admin or Super Admin). “User” will be for
employees to view their own profile, payslips and leave. “Admin” and “Super
Admin” can access everyone’s record. To invite, click on “Create and Invite”.

7. It’s easy to invite and set access rights for every team member.
If you prefer to view and edit everyone’s access rights, you can click on
“Create/Manage Companies” on the top left.

8. Head over to the selected company and click on “View Users”.

9. Once you are in the company, you can see the list of staff with user accounts.
To edit the access of the individual member, click on “Edit Access”.

10. In each user access view, you can select the Apps that this user can access,
the Roles and also link the user account to an employee if needed.
Once you are done, click on “Save” on the top right. That’s all! :)
