20. People prefer current digital banking more than the previous
conventional banking as it is removed complexity, saved time,
brought a better experience for the customers, and brought the
whole banking system in the palm of hand.
People think that Bangladesh is falling behind the
developed countries in respect of using modern
technologies in banking system
People wish to have a new era of banking system which
includes much more effective uses of modern technologies
such as – Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of
Things, etc.
If we integrate the AI's operational and analytical benefits into
the systems that are already in place, they will be able to
manufacture products and offer services that are on par with
global standards
