  15. Work should be part of your life, not a chore. It should be flexible.

  18. We believe in working hard and working smart.
  19. We also believe in fostering a sense of urgency and pride in our work.
  20. Your sense of urgency is contagious. Be an influence.

  23. But hiding the truth hurts the person, and eventually the company.
  24. That said, remarks should be for the good of the person or company.
