for managing the whole project.)
∗ Stage 1 – Analysis/Software Requirements
TnM IT Consultant being a technical analyst will have a detailed discussion with the customer
for creating a SRS.
He will be responsible for gathering Phase I (data update) and Phase II (programming update)
requirements.
∗ Stage 2 – Design Specifications
TnM IT Consultant will carry out all the tasks related to the analysis and design of the
application, database and required integration.
