in the following sectors: Confectionery, fast foods, cleaning, hospitality, food manufacturing
Currently, Iam employed as an Operations manager for Botho Ubuntu Cleaning, reporting to
the General Manager and responsible for:
Managing safe and environmentally conscious industrial cleaning operations ensuring
delivery of contractual commitments within a large established customer base.
Maintaining strong customer relationships and continually assessing and improving
operations and business development opportunities.
Responsible for all customer / client communications including daily on site work / project
activities scope or schedule changes.
Managing all purchasing of chemicals, consumables and equipment required by sourcing the
appropriate equipment according to the job specifications.
Attending to any client queries and complaints, resolving accordingly
Managing all HR and manpower requirements

Responsiblefor all day aspects relatingto the management and maintenance of the cleaningservice
within the contract specification to the agreed performance, qualitativeand financial targets.Have
knowledge of the areas in the buildingwhich arecovered by the contract. Responsiblefor work
allocation to the cleaningteam, keeping within specified detail of the contract,the financial budget
and working principles.Plan staff Rota’s and manage staff hours worked, sickness and annual leaveto
