3. Tastings and workshops are an ideal addition to a work meeting and can be adapted to the group. They are based on a learning experience but with a recreational focus and given by professionals. They normally last about 2 hours and are given in charming and private surroundings specifically for the group. Wine tasting activities consist of a brief introduction to the Spanish wine producing scene. Normally, 5 or 6 wines are tasted, depending on the time available. All participants receive an informational note on the wines tasted. Tastings and Workshops Cheese tasting activities are designed for those who want to be initiated in the fascinating world of cheeses. Activities consist of tasting 7 handmade cheeses paired with 5 selected wines depending on the cheeses chosen. All accompanied with a variety of breads and jams. 4. Chocolate tastings Solid chocolate tastings consist of learning to savor and value different types of chocolates, depending on their cocoa content (7-8 chocolates). This is a recreational activity for non-beginners and can be adapted to any level of knowledge. 5. Spanish Ham Cutting Workshop Spanish ham cutting workshops are a chance to discover the best kept secrets of Iberian (Spanish) ham from an experienced professional. The workshop is divided into 2 parts: theory and practical, which consists of tasting ham and learning the best way to cut it. The attendees can participate applying the knowledge acquired. 7. A Corporate day among vineyards This is a full day among vineyards enjoying the winery on a private basis for the group. We combine work and pleasure in unbeatable surroundings. Start off with a meeting lasting a couple of hours, followed by a visit to the winery, lunch and a recreational activity among the vineyards in the afternoon. 8. Cooking Workshops The activity consists of enjoying a practical cooking class, followed by a meal prepared by the group. A unique corporate experience where you can learn the best kept cooking secrets, in a private, warm and cozy setting while promoting team building and interpersonal relationships. The activity begins at a “Viticulture Estate” and with the harvesting scissors in hand start filling the boxes with grapes which will then be taken to the “threshing area” to tip then into the “carriers” to then start crushing the grapes. Gastronomic Tour through the city To get to know the city through a gastronomic point of view is a recreational activity which is in vogue right now. Starting at the market “La Boquería” o “Santa Catarina”, and continuing through the narrow streets of the Born neighborhood, our guide will show you the old and classic eateries in Barcelona. A stop at a charming tapas bar to try our products first hand is included. 10. Productos para empresas de carácter internacional Full day Wine Tours For wine lovers who wish to profit from a business trip to try our wines. There is no better option than the full day tour of the Penedès or Priorat. We can organize private tours starting from 2 people on up or for groups. For those who prefer to join an existing group of wine lovers, our Barcelona wine bus has guaranteed departures from Barcelona every Saturday during March through to July.
