Education professionals at all levels striving for self-
improvement and improvement of the education
system in Lithuania:
• school administration personnel
• teachers
• administration specialists in municipalities
• officials of the Ministry of Education and Science and
its subordinate institutions
• lecturers of universities
• education consultants
• heads of education self-government institutions and
associations as well as motivated participants

Advantages of the Project
• Everyone can be a leader, not only a head, an administrator or a manager.
• All activities are interrelated and complementary.
• Representatives from all levels (national, municipal, school) are involved in
all activities.
• The only project that has embraced all levels in education – from pre-school
to higher education.
• The idea of “leadership for learning”, i. e. “for the benefit of a child” is
gaining strength at all levels of the education system.
• Traditions of cooperation and consultation are being formed by means of
regular educational leadership forums and public consultations.
• Legislation is being studied and analyzed with the aim to identify legal acts or
provisions impeding our progress.
• Communicating and disseminating information about all activities.

Web page/virtual environment
• The total of 72 198 unique users visited 121 745 times the internet web site of the
Project in 2014
• On the average approximately 6 016 unique users visit the virtual environment
per month making 10 145 times of visiting the site
• At present we have1 392 subscribers to the Project newsletter. 50 newsletters
were sent to them in 2014.
• Today we have 2 765 friends on the social network “Facebook”
• Almost 200 interviews with leaders in education have been published on the site
since the launch of the Project
• 45 filmed episodes containing interviews with the Project initiators, creators and
involved participants have been placed on the site for the broad public since March
2012
• 15 presentations of books took place over three years and 19 hours of video
materials were made public on the site
