During 6Time Financial Felon Sharon Jean Logan's divorce and custody battle, she filed a false police report accusing her ex-husband of rape. Riverside County prosecuted her for it. Some of those criminal court records are contained in the divorce court file, in the trial brief of Logan's ex-husband, James Logan (who is now deceased).
Sharon Logan also had James Hecox arrested for multiple false allegations of domestic violence, which were later dropped, according to criminal court documents attached to the trial brief.
Logan also retained an attorney to sue James Hecox's boss/landlord/roommate for sexually harassing her, and to sue James Hecox's church pastor for allegedly molesting their daughter. We don't know what became of those claims, but there are letters from the attorney in the divorce court file.
(We can't access most of these old criminal cases online, including the false report charges against Logan, because they were municipal court cases. After 1998, most counties, including Riverside, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles, closed their municipal courthouses.)
