In 1999, Sharon Jean Logan committed felony embezzlement in San Bernardino County from SCS Personnel, where she worked as an account executive. Logan was sentenced in 2001 to two years in prison, although she was allowed to serve her time concurrently with other financial felonies she was facing in Riverside County for stealing and embezzling from another employer, Hanover Commercial Services (documents uploaded separately). It was Logan's fourth financial crime conviction, and her second financial felony conviction. She would go on to commit four more financial felonies, the most recent two convictions being in 2017. Logan was ordered to pay $14,320 in criminal restitution to SCS Personnel. We see no evidence she ever paid any of it. Criminal restitution orders do not expire, and cannot be discharged in bankruptcy. Logan owes more than $500,000, counting interest, to several other embezzlement/theft victims in California. She is not making payments.
