Bohr's model of an atom.

  1. 1. PHYSICAL SCIENCE Atom
  2. 2. WHAT IS THE BOHR MODEL OF THE ATOM? The Bohr model depicts an atom as a small, positively charged nuclear being orbited by electrons in fixed shells.
  3. 3. STATE BOHR’S THEORIES? It states that an atom consists of a small positively charged nucleus at its center and surrounded by negatively charged electrons in a definite circular path. Nucleus contains all the protons and neutrons of the atom which contributes to the whole mass of an atom. It also predict that electrons of an atom revolve around the nucleus in definite circular paths known as orbits/shell/energy level.
