In the last 24 months, I’ve run across several who have lost on all three fronts.  Since the tension point of the bubble in 2007, we have all endured incredible areas of distress in our lives.  My kids have told me stories of friends who had to change schools and delay school due to financial stress.  We are all in the same boat.  Every foreclosure in your neighborhood is impactful on your own home’s value.  It is clear at this point few if any homes reside in a community that has not experienced a “short sale”, a foreclosure sale or a deed in lieu to the lender during this window of time.What I would like to address here is simple.  If you, someone you know or even a neighbor looks to be in financial trouble, there are remedies for the financial burden of home ownership.  Recent legislation makes loan modifications, short sales to the lender and even the deed in lieu of foreclosure process much more palatable.  Please, pick up the phone and call me.  is a trademark of Google.  Google uses an algorithm of several different components to determine what your page rank is.  The ranking is based from 1 to 10, 10 being the highest you can get.  There are only a handful of 10’s that I have ever seen.  One of them is www.cnn.com, and obviously Google gives themselves a 10.  You can easily check page rank on any site by just installing the google toolbar here:  http://www.google.com/toolbar/ie/index.html , in the toolbar it actually displays the page rank as you navigate through the web.  Check out the page rank of your site and keep track of it today!”  Family Happenings Dee is still busy with her high school lacrosse team.  So far, still undefeated. Caroline is busy at work.  Almost every day, there is some exciting news coming out of iPhase3.  Her Economics Degree is really paying off.  William is back into the swing of things in South Bend.  Spring has started in Indiana.  We are getting ready for his graduation ceremony in May.  Andrew is busy as a bee in springtime.  If he’s not studying, skiing or traveling, he’s asleep.  Dee, Caroline, Andrew and I have hung up our skis until next Fall.  Ski season is over.  A great season was had by all!  Shushing down a mountainside is just so much more fun than pushing a lawn mower.  I’ll be dreaming of next season, I’m sure, as I crisscross the yard.  Have a great season!
