M&As Rebound: Colorado's deals hit $8.2B in 2010 first quarter: Colorado’s merger-and-acquisition activity rose
in the first quarter, as the market continued to rebound from a slowdown in 2009. A total of 56 deals worth at least
$8.2 billion altogether closed in the first quarter of 2010, according to FactSet Mergerstat LLC, a subsidiary of Norwalk,
