1. to the right, bringing the left arm
up and over the head, and stretch
the right arm down to the right foot,
both arms straight. Hold for 10 sec-
onds and slowly switch sides, stretch-
ing to the left foot and holding for
10 seconds. Continue without pause
for 2-3 minutes.
COMMENTS: Very helpful in correcting
the balance of the musculo-skeletal
systems of the back.
HAER ANTENNA: Tie your hair up on the solar
centers for 6 months without cutting or trim-
ming it. Hair pulls in solar energy to the
"ojas" like antennas. Then the antenna will
be clear. ^„^
