systems developers can use this family of products to produce visual models of software architectures, databases,
application requirements and reusable assets, as well as formulate management-level communications. Provides
Model-driven software for Microsoft Visual Studio languages and Rational Rose Enterprise, a visual modeling tool for

Visual Paradigm [Hong Kong, ]: Visual Paradigm, a software design tool tailored for agile software projects. It
supports UML, BPMN, ERD, DFD, SysML. It also supports use cases, wireframeing, code engineering, etc. Has been
adopted by many organizations in the worldwide, including Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies. Some of its
customers include Adobe, Apple, AT&T, Intel, NASA, Nokia, Toyota etc. Is the winner of Dr. Dobb's Jolt Award 2011 in
the Design, Architecture, and Planning Tools category. Has been honored in the Asia Pacific ICT Awards 2004 - Winner
of Applications and Infrastructure Tools.
MkLab [Daejeon, 2014]: StarUML is a software modeler tool for building uml diagrams. Has been downloaded over
more than 4 millions and used in more than 150 countries. Supported on Windows, Linux and
Mac platforms. Is Compatible with UML 2.x standard and supports totally 11 kinds of UML diagrams: Class, Object,
Use Case, Component, Deployment, Composite Structure, Sequence, Communication, Statechart, Activity and Profile
Diagram. Some of the customers include Apple, IBM, Cisco, Intel, Samsung, EA, Adobe, LG, Accenture etc. Commercial
license is priced around $99.
Sparx Systems [Creswick, 1996]: Sparx Systems is known for the development of the Unified Modeling Language tool
Enterprise Architect. Specializes in the development of visual tools for planning, design and development of software
intensive systems. In 2006 the company was among the first manufacturers to support the OMG Systems Modeling
Language (SysML). Customers in industries range from aerospace and automotive engineering to finance, defense,
government, entertainment and telecommunications.Claims to be used by thousands of organizations world wide.

Bijokmind [ , 2014]: Bijokmind develops apps for Mac/iOS for developers. Products developed include Quartzcode,
Scenetool, Bezeircode etc. Quartzcode turns animation natively to ObjC / Swift Code. Bridges the gap between
developers, designers and animators. Developers can choose and combine from 6 unique layers and more than 25
animatable properties to create animations.Currently priced at $90 as of March 2016.
