Ms. Donovan has been in my employ for more than 18 years with three companies and to date,
at James L. Davis Inc. for 15 years. During this period she has served as Project Manager, Senior
Project Manager and currently, Vice-President. Ms. Donovan has been extremely instrumental
to our growth and longevity. We specialize in radiation oncology construction and work
worldwide. We build high-density radiation vaults with walls sometimes over 9’ thick and very
large foundation systems. In addition to the above, we do radiation shielding with concrete,
high-density concrete, steel, lead and borated polyethylene. Ms. Donovan is well versed in
heavy, complicated, structural concrete and very knowledgeable of the industry overall.
Ms. Donovan has worked with me on large multi-story projects at major hospitals around the
U.S. and is currently managing two large projects (over $6 million) for the government health
system in Jamaica as well as other projects for HCA and Varian Medical Systems. She has a
