10. Management team
Claus Tolstrup Nielsen has 13 years of
experience from headhunting companies.
Since 2007, he has run his own headhunting
company and before that, he was headhunter
and manager in an international company in
the trade. Claus is not active as headhunter
but has assigned his headhunting activities to
expuri where he is a board member.
11. Management team
Martin Ingwersen has 7 years of experience as
a headhunter and manager of an international
headhunting company. He has worked
internationally with the establishing of
headhunting companies in Europe and Asia
and has himself completed more than 250
headhunting operations of everything from
specialist to CEOs and board members. Martin
Ingwersen is also a board member in a number
of companies.
12. Management team
Ulrik Bo Andersen has 8 years of experience as
headhunter and manager in an international
headhunting company. He has completed
almost 300 headhunting operations of
everything from specialists to CEOs and board
members. In addition, he has trained a number
of headhunters and developed and
implemented Search methods, quality systems
and headhunting services.

Tünde Schütt has worked as a headhunter for
over 8 years in different Recruitment
companies and has 3.5 years out of them run
her own Recruitment company Develop Me,
She has completed over 200 recruitment
operations of everything from CEO, CIO,
Senior Sales, KAMs. Project managers,
specialists etc. mostly in the IT and Telecom
Industry. She is using psycometric tests from
word leading vendors to raise to quality and
security in recruiting the perfect candidate for
her customer.
