Solar LED Bollard Lights
Solar led bollard light is a perfect products for garden. parking, pathway etc. There are three models available including ARKO, HADES and ARES, ARKO is a
IK10 vandal resistant solar led bollard light with a polycarbonate dome over the solar panel. It can protect the solar panel from strike very well, it reaches to a
high performance in impact resistance up to IK10+ level. With the curved dome, dust will not be accumulated but to be easily flushed off when raining.
Comparing with ARKO, there is no polycarbonate dome for HADES and ARES, While HADES and ARES has a higher brighrness performance than ARKO, All of
three models are adlopting ultra high lumens LED up to 200lm/W. Especially there is a mirror reflector inside of the light head which increase the lumens of
reflection very well. HADES is in square shape and Ares is in a round shape.

23. Vertical Solar Lighting Solution
Vertical solar LED street light pole is an advanced combination with latest
technology. It adopts the cylindrical solar modules as a revolutionary design in
2019. The vertical solar module is based on modular conception which can be
easily mounted to any kind of pole within diameter 155mm, It adopts
mono-crystalline solar panel with high efficiency up to 21.2% and more than 20
years lifetime. It has a flexible modular design and with much aesthetical
appearance. And it has a great performance in wind resistance than regular solar
panel. The complete solar pole only includes two functional components
including solar cylinder and solar light head which can be connected to each
other directly by MC4 connectors. The battery and solar controller are built inside
of light fixture. The powers of solar light heads are from 20W to 120W to meet

6 slim solar panels are fixed tightly on a hexagon frame. so it ensures
50% of solar panel will face to sunshine at any time of the day.
This solar cylinder module is based on modular design concept for
easy installation and disassembly. It can be quickly and easily
mounted on any suitable pole.
SolarWrap solar cylinder module is designed based on advanced
concepts and manufactured in high
standards. PCT pre-registration was processed in 180 countries to
protect market.
The cylindrical design reduces the wind resistance area, and each
module is directly fastened to the pole by 12 screws for better wind
resistance. It can stand well against even 10 grade typhoon.
Less dust will fall on surface than regular solar panel. Worker can

The relatively large size of solar panels on the pole top has made the

comparing with regular vertical poles, the vertical solar module are “inserted”in
the pole properly and it looks like it is the part of the pole.
There are one light head and dual light head and the pole is 8 meterss. It gives
a very quality solar lighting performance and good appearance to the whole
place. Totally 114 lights are installed at this site.

Can i only purchase your solar light head only without solar panel
Yes, The biggest advantage of Auroras's products is : FLEXIBLE. We are happy to provide you light head only, and you can use your own solar
panel in stock or source it from your local market. While important notice : Please use solar panel with right voltage, HELIOS series solar street
light need 18V input, and THOR series high power all in two solar street light for express way is 36V system.

Can i change the lighting program of solar street light even it is installed on pole?
Yes, There is a remote available. With this remote, you can customize the lighting program as you need. Our default setting is 4 hours 100%+
4 hours 50%+ 4 hours 30%, If you like to use 50% power only for whole night, then you can easily change it by remote. Any kind of lighting
program is possible, Please contact our sales team or technical support for more guide if you need.

Can you increas the the battery capacity if we need more autonomy?
The max power of battery for THOR is 1080WH if using LifePO4 battery, and HERMES is 768WH with lifePO4 battery and HELIOS is 460WH with
LifePO4 battery. If you like to use 20W solar street light , while maybe you think our default battery is not big enough for more days backup.
then we can use bigger battery up to the biggest one, as big as you need. In this way, the biggest advantages of using bigger battery is the
lifetime of light will be much extended for more years. And it will have a more days autonomy. It can work well continuesly in rainy days. This
is same for all solar led street light and solar batten lights.

What is MOQ if i want to print my own color box?
For solar tube light kit ( or we call solar led batten light kit), we need MOQ 500pcs / order. Because every order of color box need to be 1000pcs
that we have to print from our packing suppliers. If quantity is less than 500pcs, then there will be a extra cost 350usd for extra color box that
you are supposed to pay as a "deposit", then next time for second order when total quantity reaches to 500pcs, we will refund this 350usd to
you in time

What is your MOQ? Solar street lights or solar batten light?
Auroras is a running well factory and every day there are thousands pcs of all kind of solar lights are produced, And normally there are
materials ready in stock for hundreds pcs. So we never set a MOQ requirement for any models of lights. So you can start to try our quality
easily. For samples order, we normally only need 1~3 days depends on your quantity and type of products.

Can i purchase your vertical solar module only without light and pole?
The answer is positive, Auroras is willing to provide only solar cylinder module as a seperate product. you can use it for your own way for other
application. There are two models availble . One is 100W and the other is 140W. We can customize the power if you a different size. MOQ is
50 Units.

What is the max power of vertical solar module
The max power of cylinder solar module is 140W. But you can get much higher power as you need. Each solar cylinder module has two pairs
of MC4 connectors, one pair is for input, the other pair is output. With 100W and 140W options, you can easily get 200W, 280W
300W,420W,560W etc in series connection. Every two modules are connected by MC4 universal plugs. The connection is very simple but very
strong and tight. Solar cable is 2.5mm2 Max 6pcs can be connected in one group.
Warranty Terms
The “Warranty Period” will begin at the date of original Product purchase form either AURORAS , or an authorized AURORAS Distributor/Dealer. AURORAS will
repair or replace product covered under this warranty with components at AURORAS’s election or discretion. Advances in technology may lead to “better or
advanced” products being selected for replacement.
This Warranty is further conditioned on the purchaser contacting AURORAS during the warranty period between normal business hours to review the issue and
initiate the Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. This must be done prior to the return of any defective product. Only AURORAS manufactured
products may be returned through the AURORAS RMA process. No defective products, AURORAS or otherwise, It will be returned to purchaser. The AURORAS
RMA form must be legible and completed in detail prior to approval for return. The AURORAS Warranty is further conditioned and will only apply to AURORAS
products that are properly installed. This includes wiring and connection to proper approved components and product working environments.
This Warranty is void and does not apply to products that fail as a result of neglect, mistake, misuse, alteration, improper installation or implementation. This
includes but is not limited to: improper wiring, installation under improper and non-approved operating environments such as temperature, humidity or voltage
conditions; improper installation using components that are not approved or are not AURORAS manufactured products. Installation and usage of AURORAS
products should only be completed in association and complete knowledge of all necessary and related codes, standards
and instructions of installation. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain all necessary approvals and to understand the product’s intended use and all
relevant instructions, recommendations, and guidelines for the proper installation, use of any AURORAS product and related “manufactured products,” used in
conjunction with . The accuracy and completeness of any statements, technical information and recommendations in any form of product literature or
instructions are not guaranteed, are not part of this Warranty, and does not in any way constitute a warranty. The purchaser is responsible for suitability of
installation and full implementation and must determine potential applications and installations independently.
Warranty Compensation will be based on ”usage factors and time in use” and“ Technology Value,” and will be pro-rated based on this and information collected
via the RMA process. What is not covered under this Limited Warranty is defects of any kind caused or created by improper installation of any kind; damage
caused during shipping to purchaser or beyond “acts of Nature or God. AURORAS will not cover additional labor costs or Warranty such labor associated with
replacement products. This Warranty document represents the only express or implied Warranty-no other warranties exist.
