The gap between theory and practiced is bridged by project report, which has been an integral part of the syllabus. This present Project report is an image of what I have done and observed. For this it is very essential for an organization to know about the view of consumers and their competitive products. This survey research may be also aimed as to estimate potential buyer for the product. The objective of the study is as under: 1. To know the awareness & perception of customers regarding AG Poly Packs. 2. To determine the customers satisfaction. 3. To determine the factors influencing the choice of customers. SCOPE OF THE STUDY  Company will come to know what attracts Customers.  Company will come to know that which criteria customers look for before buying these products.  Company will also come to know the future changes which will be require satisfying customer needs and wants.
  20. 20 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY  Sample size  Sample size is 57 which cover the population of Ghaziabad.  Data source  Research included only Primary data. Primary data is the first hand data, which are selected a fresh and thus happen to be original in character. Primary Data was crucial to know various customers and past consumer views about AG Poly Packs and to know the awareness of this brand in regards to other brands.  Data collection  Data has been collected through survey questionnaire  Analysis of data  After the data has been collected, it was tabulated and findings of the project were presented followed by analysis and interpretation to reach certain conclusions.
  21. 21 ANALYSIS & INTERPRETATION OF DATA Analysis: Around only 28% of population is aware of AG Poly Packs. Analysis: Only 22% of people use AG Poly Pack products.
  22. 22 Do you think plastic is harmful for our environment? Analysis: 73.7% of people are in against of use of plastic. Analysis: Just 24% of people would recommend these products to others.
  23. 23 Would you like to promote plastic products? Analysis: People don’t want to promote plastic products. Analysis: Only 19% of people are satisfied because mostly people don’t promote use of plastic.
  24. 24 Analysis: Just 24% people are prospective customer for AG Poly Packs. People are not agreeing to buy plastic products. Analysis: Overall rating of company is average.
  25. 25 Analysis: There is not any one factor which makes people aware of this company. Any suggestion for AG Poly Packs products or company  Company should do promotional activities  Company should find an alternative of plastic  Have to focused on more marketing  Advertising more  Packaging should be better  Use of plastic should not be promoted  They have to increase awareness  Create new relative product  Need for advertisement Analysis: As we can see many of these people want company to advertise more, promote the company and increase awareness. As well as people are aware of demerits of use of plastic so they don’t want to use these products.
  26. 26 CONCLUSION & FINDINGS  Mostly people don’t know about AG Poly Pack products and also don’t use these products.  Overall rating is average.  Most selling product of AG Poly Pack is Bottle.  People are aware of drawbacks of plastic so want any alternative.  Mostly people want company not to use plastic. SUGGESTION  Company should do some promotional activities to make people aware of its new as well as existing products.  Company should launch some new products to reach more market coverage.  Company should find an alternative of plastic.  Company should reduce the use of plastic and should reposition its brand as company which is taking initiative for environmental issues.
