  3. 3. • Indian Ethos in Management refers to the values and practices that the culture of India (Bharatheeya Sanskriti) can contribute to service, leadership and management. • These values and practices are rooted in Sanathana Dharma (the eternal essence), and have been influenced by various strands of Indian philosophy.   4. 4. • Indian Ethos focuses more on a process oriented work culture rather than a result oriented work culture. • If the process are strong and feasible, if the employees motivated and committed to follow the processes, if Ethics are the core values of a company, it is bound to succeed in long run in sprite of the challenges of the market.
  5. 5. • Indian ethos believes as we do not have control on the incidents of ever changing world, then the only option that is left with us is to fine tune ourselves, review and act on our own strategies to achieve a goals. • ‘Karma Yoga’- from the Vedic scriptures, teaches us to not to be attached and preoccupied with the desired results, but on the other hand prepare and take all required action to achieve those results without any fear of failure.

Whereas Allopath- which tackles only the symptom of a disease and curing it. • As per Vedic scriptures, mind is an important and a very good tool, which one may use to achieve his goals in life.
