into acidic and alkaline, resulting in alkaline water.
Advantages
The Higher PH level of the water has made people believe in its health benefits like the alkaline
diet. Although they may have several health benefits but not yet medically proven.
Disadvantages
It’s commonly used to remove the harmful microorganisms from the body and remove acid from
the stomach. But it’s overuse could cause alkalosis, causing the reduction of hydrogen ions in the
blood. Which results in sickness for the human body.
9. Well water
Well, natural water comes from natural resources such as rain or soil. People dig deep wells to
bring water from underground to the surface.
Advantages
The well water is better in taste as it contains salt, minerals and other health benefits. As it
originated from nature and looks fresh.
Disadvantages
While it comes from a natural source, it might as well be safe to drink. As the water might contain
