EMAIL TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT To – vanessalobo@gmail.com (Vanessa Lobo) From – vandananarwalwork@gmail.com (Vandana Narwal) Date – October 12, 2022 Subject – Regarding the approval of health and safety policy. Hello, my name is Vandana Narwal, as you are aware that Walmart is facing safety concerns regarding violence at the workplace. Our employees are also getting injured, and we are not following the OH and S regulations of WorkSafe BC which can lead to heavy fines and penalties. So, I have created a policy that can help in reducing workplace accidents. By training the employees we can reduce the costs that are involved in accidents and improve health and safety standards in the organization. The impact will be huge on the organization as the employees will be trained and able to use the machine and equipment in the right way. To start the training material such as screen and projector, chairs and a vacant room is required to teach the employees about policy. The total cost involved in the training plan is $3600 which involves the salaries of the employees that will miss work. Thank you. Kind Regards, Vandana narwal Vandana Narwal
  6. 6. EMAIL TO LINE MANAGEMENT To – janamorgan@gmail.com (Jana Morgan) From - vandananarwalwork@gmail.com (Vandana Narwal) Date – October 12, 2022 Subject – Looking for support in the implementation of the training plan. Hello, myself Vandana Narwal. I want to inform you that our company is moving forward with the violence in the workplace. In this, we will train the employees to be safe in the workplace so that there can be fewer accidents in the future. As you are aware that for the last couple of years many employees are getting injured. I will require your support and cooperation to make this policy successful because there are employees who need proper training regarding horseplay and rough behavior. You can make an announcement in your department that there will be a training session scheduled for next week and the training will go on for a couple of weeks. We will train in small groups so that work is not affected in the departments. A supervisor will also attend the training so that everything goes smoothly. So, I am looking for your approval to begin the training and help our employees stay safe and healthy in the workplace. Thank you. Kind Regards, Vandana Narwal Vandana Narwal
