La técnica del semáforo suele
utilizarse para trabajar el autocontrol,
especialmente en alumnado de la
etapa primaria.
Sin embargo, también podemos
utilizarla como técnica de estudio.

5. El objetivo de la técnica del semáforo
como técnica de estudio es gestionar las
tareas pendientes priorizando según el
orden de importancia.
Para ello, utilizaremos los diferentes
colores que indican diferente grado de
prioridad:

*En ocasiones puede que una tarea termine pasando de verde a rojo tras un par de semanas,
utilizar una herramienta online

El alumno revisa en su agenda las tareas que tiene que
realizar ese día en casa
Realiza las tareas en orden de prioridad
En la plantilla del semáforo anota cada tarea en el color
que corresponda*

● Tachar las tareas realizadas
● Anotar nuevas tareas que puedan surgir
● Cambiar algunas tareas de lugar si estas

cada color puede ser útil
incluir numeración en cada
lista e ir modificándola si
cambia la prioridad

11. Uso para el estudio de un examen (a
partir de 5º de primaria)
En este caso el alumno deberá distribuir los temas según el nivel de conocimiento (si me lo
sé mejor o peor):
Los temas que peor me sé y
que, por tanto, tengo que
estudiar primero
Los temas que mejor me sé y
que, por tanto, puedo dejar
para el final
Temas de nivel intermedio

Es una herramienta muy útil para que
alumnado con necesidades educativas
especiales como TEA o TDAH aprendan a
organizar y gestionar tanto tareas
escolares como tareas del hogar o de la
vida diaria.
