Catalog Operations(USA Commercial Opertaions): Responsible for release AMI and
HISS catalog to US Field Sales. Work with BIU product managers, field marketing
managers and sales support to localize the catalog. Maintain pricing and promotions in
the CRM tool. Provide training to field sales and quoting desk. Resolve any catalog
related issues.

2. Philips Medical Systems : Nov 2004 to Oct 2008
Global Catalog Support (Various factories and GSS NA): IT production support to maintain
catalog in Siebel, material interface to SAP (MP1), pricing interfaces to/from SAP, HTPS. Product
catalog analyst on various projects such as ONE SAP, UNITE, Siebel Upgrade, HOT
(Harmonized Order Type), GPP (Global Pricing Project), Quote to Cash (Ongoing).
• Work with users to determine requirements for Siebel functionality, interfaces between
Siebel and SAP (ERP) system, global product catalogue process.
• Provide design expertise on use of standard and customized functionality and interface
techniques in Siebel 6.3 and Siebel 7.5,especially in the Siebel eConfigurator, ePricer
and Quote systems.
