Danny he is the IT Director. His responsibilities include managing
computers, software, assets, patches etc. and ensuring that his
entire IT environment is secure and running smoothly. He also
oversees any technical support for the help desk division that
maintains and troubleshoots problems. Danny has the task for
stroking his boss' ego, as well making important decisions that
his superiors may be unable to make!
This is Hank Klein. He is the big shot. The proverbial big whale.
He runs the company with an iron fist. He expects big profits
and a trouble free IT infrastructure. Hank loves when the job
gets done but is not happy when there are IT issues. He is
stern but fair. Mr. Klein knows what he is doing, or rather he
knows people who know what they are doing! He doesn’t like
a lot of talk just results.

Danny has been trained in using his company's IT software solution but he's had some
