at their Mumbai Office, BKC, Bandra, Mumbai. (August 2012 to March 2015)

Highlights:
Cost reduction of the existing product Acephate by reducing the consumption of the main
Raw material and implementing the same in the commercial plant. Savings achieved were to the
tune of Rs. 7.0 lacs per month for a capacity of 100 MT per month.
Introduced new products Glyphosate, TriPhenyl Phosphite, Tris Nonyl Phenol Phosphite,
4-Thiocyanato-2-Nitro aniline (Drug intermediate) for Albendazole. The above products are
commercialised.

HIGHLIGHTS:
I was instrumental in commissioning new Herbicide Clodinofop Propargyl and its Safener,
Fungicide Tebuconazole.
New products shortly to be commissioned are Pretilachlor, Metribuzin.
I was the Team Leader in the commissioning of Pendimethalin (Herbicide) as a
continuous mode of operation. This is a prestigious project as this the first plant
in United Phosphorus Ltd., designed as continuous operation. This project has been
successfully commissioned with the desired yields and purity.

Expertise in transfer of a organic process from Lab to pilot scale and then to
Commercialisation. Expertise in Process intensification.

Hydrogenation in High Pressure autoclave, Loop reactors, Nitration,
