What is the objective of the “Business Analysis Skills Training”?
This course will remove the historical experience that the IT industry has experienced as
a major pain through the ineffective alignment of business processes and applications
that have been developed for it.
This course will prevent the fact that there is too little information available at the outset
of any required system and is exacerbated by the time the system becomes operational.
Our students will understand the fundamental principles of Business Analysis from a
non-product specific perspective that will ensure the “hands-on” practical application of

Business Analysis (BA101) 5 days
o Understand the roles & responsibilities of a Business Analyst.
o Understand the differences between Systems Analysis and Business
Analysis.
o Have a good understanding of the impact of Quality Assurance.
o Practiced effective communication and presentation skills and how to deal
with groups.
Unified Modeling Language (BA202) 5 days
o Understand concepts surrounding UML and gain a working knowledge of
UML.
o Be able to use the UML to design a system.
o Use the UML diagramming techniques to document and practice techniches
to effectively communicate the design.
Advanced Unified Modeling Language (BA303) 5 days
