Main building includes a main theatre designed to accommodate 1500 person, two secondary halls (Cinemas) each is designed
to accommodate 500 person, Presidential hall, VIP lounges, Restaurant, Commercial Kitchen, actors and actress facilities,
workshops and service areas.
Utility building includes pump room, Generator room, Transformers rooms, Medium and low current rooms, water tanks
(Domestic, Fire Fighting and Irrigation).

Responsibilities & Duties:
Reviewing sub-contractors and design consultants contracts.
Review the Mechanical Design Drawings, Shop Drawings, and Calculations, Reports, Bill of Quantities and Specifications
submitted by design consultant at each stage of the design to ensure compliance with the scope of work and specifications.
Ensure the design consultant incorporates the comments raised from the previous stages.
Attend technical meetings with the design consultants, subcontractors and client team.
Coordinating mechanical shop drawings with other disciplines.
Following up with the site engineers to provide them with technical support

Responsibilities & Duties:
Designing and drawing concept and detailed design drawings for several mechanical work including HVAC systems,
Plumbing systems, pump stations, compressed air systems …..Etc.
Issuing detailed shop drawings, sketches &, schematic diagrams for the HVAC system, plumbing systems (inside
buildings & Utilities) & Firefighting systems for various applications (Residential, Laboratories, Maintenance hangers

Performing rough order magnitude and definite estimation of material quantities.

analysis program), duct calculation, fan sizing, grill sizing …etc.). & plumbing system calculations (Including pump
sizing, pipe sizing, compressed air stations sizing …etc.).

Recommending design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
