HOBBIES AND INTERESTS
I enjoy travelling, baking, astronomy and current affairs. I enjoy working with members of the public and enjoy improving my own skills
and the skills of others. I believe that I have excellent communication and delegation skills. My greatest accomplishments include winning
Assistant Manager of the Year 2014 within my Operations group, being named Assistant of the Quarter twice for my Operations Manager
group, and managing the completion of over 25 Apprenticeship completions within my restaurant during 2009. In 2015 I was given the
opportunity to take the role of Internal Reputation Manager for my region. This role concerned the recruitment and retention of salaried
employees from Berwick in Northumberland to Sheffield in Yorkshire. Due to the success I have experienced in my role I was asked to be
part of a team to help roll the position out across a further 2 regions in the North West and lower North areas.
