1. Understand clients culture and requirements and
develop a tailored search strategy.
2. Identify target sources from database; industry and
association research. Direct source and provide
weekly updates to client.
3. Screen and evaluate potential candidates and
narrow down a list of prospects.
4. Interview candidates and complete interview
assessments.
5. Send package of short-listed candidates to client
including position profile, resume and interview
assessments. Client selects finalist candidates and
interviews are organised.
6. We conduct reference checks, complete
credential verifications and conduct any additional
psychometric assessment. We assist in offer
negotiations if required.

We can manage your advertising campaign to

assignments, ranging from anywhere between one
day to one year. Our rigorously screened talent pool

We use psychometric testing to assess abilities,
personality and motivations, and help employers
get a clear sense of how people will adapt to their
working environment. We offer psychometric testing
for prospective employees at all levels and you can
create a behavioural profile that meets your needs.

guarantee. We conduct extensive reference checks
to ensure the suitability of the candidate for the role.
However, if a candidate we place with you leaves your
employment within the first 3 months we will replace
them free of charge.
