“OK” for the parts.
Research Analyst:
Relationship Science India Pvt. Ltd.: (July 2013 – June 2014)
Worked in developing a "business development tool" to help the customers to connect and
make connections with the influential people in the world.
Was a "Quality Controller" for three months, as this was important to make sure that the work
done achieved 99.2% quality.
We mainly worked on the "Six degrees of Separation" model, so that building networks and
doing business was a lot more easy.
Graduate Engineering Trainee:
S.V. Sugar Mills Limited. (Distillery Division): (Jan 2013 – July 2013)
I was one of the 4 engineers who looked after all the operations in the plant.
Worked in a 110 TPH Traveling Grate biomass and bagasse fueled boiler, was given the task of
running the plant with high efficiency and supply of good quality steam for the fermentation
process of distillation.
In-Plant Trainee:
Ford Motor Company: (June 2011 – July 2011)
Learned about the various steps and the processes in car manufacturing.
Gained hands on experience in the "Blanking" and "Assembly Line" of car manufacturing.
Got to know the importance of inventory control and logistics management.
PROJECTS:
Testing of Different Types of Joints in Fibre reinforced composite laminates: (Dec 2011 – June 2012)
Worked under "Dr.S.K.Malhotra", a veteran who has guided more than 20 students in their Ph.D
degree on a project entitled “composite materials” which included fabrication of a composite
material using aluminium as the base material.
Conducted various test to tell about the properties of aluminium composite materials wherein
the chief purpose was to provide a cheaper and safer future for the generations to come.
Employed the use of scrap aluminium which helps reduce green house gases and reduce global
warming.
Replacement of Feeder Table Chains in the Bagasse Feeder for the Boiler: (Apr 2013 – May 2013)
3. Replacement of the old Feed Table Chains with the new ones of a 20 feet feeder that was run by
the pulley arrangement.
Also removed the base plates and replaced it with new ones, with the help of 10mm metal
plates.
Transhipment and Scheduling Optimization of Sree Ram Enterprises: (Aug 2014 – Dec 2014)
We developed and implemented a valid deterministic Optimization model for the real world
problem of Transhipment and scheduling problem.
We conducted research into pricing information and scheduling the workers to the job and
modelling the product to the agencies.
Our Optimal solution was determined to be a profitable scenario assuming our given
constraints.
