Greetings Executive Ruler Hakim Elamenu-El, ALLI!
It has been a pleasure working with the Moorish Science Temple of America for the Asiatic Nation
of North America (“MSTOA-ANONA”) in the above referenced matter.
As shared, Michael Anthony Miller-EL (“Michael-EL”) has been advised of the following:
(1) The UIE and/or its Official’s assistance in this matter to obtain his
Freedom; however, we will not be assisting him in any further matters
he has and/or may have before United States of America/United States
(“USA”) Courts in that our time is better being spent to build and provide
our NEW Government with its OWN Courts, etc. – i.e. Judicial System
as well as International Tribunals to assist other Nations/Governments
that come to the UIE for assistance!
(2) The USA has set him up for failure! Any experienced Lawyer/Attorney
knows that you address the Jurisdictional issue first – i.e. determine
whether a Court has Jurisdiction – prior to filing any Motion as Jonathan
McDonald has done with the 11/04/19 “Demand For Discovery and Bill
Of Particulars!”

Mr. McDonald should not have submitted to the Jurisdiction of the Court
through the filing of said Demand. While there are lawful options to
address such issues as well as holding McDonald liable, this is now a
matter for Michael-EL to pursue himself should he want!
(3) Jonathan McDonald was assigned by the Government and is PAID by
the Government to protect the Government’s interests – i.e. therefore, a
Conflict-Of-Interest is present. Said Conflict is in violation of the Ohio
Rules of Professional Conduct:

(4) Rule 1.2 of the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct states in part:
(d)(1) A lawyer shall not counsel a client to engage, or
assist a client, in conduct that the lawyer knows is illegal
or fraudulent. A lawyer may discuss the legal
consequences of any proposed course of conduct with a
client . . .
Michael Anthony Miller-EL is under the impression that he can use the
Lawyer/Attorney (Jonathan McDonald) appointed him to file his
documents and/or that he may file documents known to be frivolous
and/or fraudulent, etc. He has been cautioned accordingly! Moreover,
advised of Rule(s) governing the filing of documents and consequences
of sanctions, etc. should he not comply and/or have knowledge that his
filings are frivolous.
With that being said, Michael-EL is aware that Mr. McDonald
may withdraw from representation, etc. in accordance to the Rules of
Professional Conduct.
Michael-EL has been advised of our concerns of the conduct of many of the rogue Moors (i.e.
many who are Ward/Slaves of the State/Federal Government, etc.) out there that are going into USA
Courts with no knowledge of the Laws and/or the Rules of Civil/Criminal Procedure, etc. under which they
should read to gain an understanding of the processes of the Court(s) handling their matters, etc.
Again, Executive Ruler, it has been a pleasure assisting the MSTOA-ANONA in this matter and
we look forward to assisting other Governments – i.e. NOT Movements – in taking their Nations forward.
We are providing a copy of this letter to Michael Anthony Miller-EL as well as providing a copy to
person(s) noted above and publishing for Public/Worldwide viewership by those following us regarding
their interests in such matters.
