purposes of explaining any delinquency in rental payments.

ENFORCIBLE that she attempts to use “TRICK-OF-WORDS” in attempts to COVER-UP the TERMS of
the agreement reached with Denise Newsome. For instance, listening to an excerpt of the recorded
conversation, Anna Louise Inn/Robin Stanley ACKNOWLEDGES a “VERBAL UNDERSTANDING”
thinking that using UNDERSTANDING rather than AGREEMENT would release Anna Louise Inn/her

Anna Louise Inn’s Robin Stanley stating that she did NOT
get correspondence advising when Denise Newsome notified
when she would be vacating the premises. According to
record evidence, Newsome through her April 2014
correspondence provided with payment, advised Anna
Louise Inn/Robin Stanley of her intent to vacate. There is
record evidence that Anna Louise Inn/Robin Stanley
received correspondence and payment. Nevertheless, elected
to DESTROY evidence for purposes of bringing a
FRIVOLOUS and MALICIOUS Eviction action.
(b) The April 2014 telephone conference(s) further supports just
HOW desperate Anna Louise Inn/Robin Stanley is in
COVERING UP criminal practices, that she even has the
audacity to ACCUSE Denise Newsome of being
DELINQUENT in the payment of her rent since moving in.
