This document describes a water manifold product that reduces the time and cost of manufacturing water feed systems. The manifolds come in 6 foot lengths with pre-drilled and tapped main water lines and mounting bolts spaced at 6 inches. Users can add risers and tooling ports to bring tools to the proper height, and ports can be added to the sides or ends. Customizing and finishing of manifolds is also available by contacting the company.

WATER MANIFOLD
FPM Water Manifolds have been developed to reduce the time and cost of manufacturing
water feed systems. 50% of the manufacturing has been done for you.
These manifolds come in 6 foot lengths with the 2 main water feed lines drilled and
tapped. The mounting bolts are spaced at an even pattern of 6” and a center row is tapped
from the back side at 1/2-13 to allow the addition of risers to bring your tooling to the
proper shut height.
Water in & out ports can be added to the side face or the end ports can be used. All feed
lines into the mold are added by the end user. Results in even cooling across tool and
eliminates external looping.
