an organisation get from A
to B…
… perhaps without knowing
at the outset where A is,
where B is, the appetite for
the journey or your role in
it.
Consulting = Change
Change Excellence Model
Why: either a problem,
dissatisfaction or necessity
to change
What: identify a clear
vision of the organization
and the targeted results for
benefits realization
What if: important
obstacles and detailed risk
analysis of any delay or
failure in process adoption
early enough in the
planning process
Who: ownership of change
is key to success of any
change process. Identify
key change agents.
How: breakdown targeted
results to achievable goals
on short and medium terms
The ownership of the problem comes before the ownership of the solution.
With this in mind a detailed analysis to the current state with clear definition of all the factors causing the
problem…whether its internal or external.

CEM – Who?
Identification of “Key Stakeholders” is a must for a successful change
management. Not only those who are participating in any change project but
those who will be directly or indirectly affected by this change. Monitoring
and managing stakeholders results in achieving targeted results. Ownership
of the change is half way in benefits realization and optimization initiatives.
CEM – How?
Not one size fits all… as it is similar process yet there are client specific needs
and circumstances that need to be taken into consideration. How is the
planning process based on the findings of the assessments. This stage is when
we all get together to discuss suggested planning approaches. Resources,
time, schedule, budget, risks, communication and targeted value results are
projected to assure we deliver based on obligations.
•Planning it properly and Flexibly
