established around Larchmere Blvd. to MLK Drive.
– No left turn from E. 124th, E. 127th, Kemper Road
and North Moreland Road
– Intersection of MLK and Fairhill channelized to
eastbound Fairhill, left turn only lane, to North MLK
– Pedestrian sidewalk closed along north Fairhill Road
– No street parking allowed
