“If you don't know where you are going any road will
take you there”
– Lewis Carrol
I will help you get clear about what you
want
A Dream
Lawrence of Arabia wrote in his memoirs.
‘All men dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, to
wake in the day to find it was vanity,
But the Dreamers of the day are dangerous for they may act out
their dreams with open eyes to make it possible.”
My dream
To serve deeply in the betterment of the human condition.
A Vision
1969- The man and the moon
John Fitzgerald Kennedy had a vision and all those around him
adopted his vision as their own and mission control was formed.
The most profound benefit was not what we learned about the
moon, it was what we experienced about the earth.
My vision
Teach people life skills that will provide support in meeting the
challenges of their everyday life.
Education based service. Education is the basis for our life
experience, how we act or attitudes, choices and thoughts are
the result of what we know.
A Mission
Stephen Covey teaches that effective people are guided by their
own missions and manage their lives according to principles.
Ineffective people follow others agendas and manage their lives
around pressing issues.
My Mission
To teach people how to solve their problems and achieve higher
levels of success in a caring way.

Action Planning
“In order to succeed, we must believe we can”
- Nikos Kazantzakis
Failing to plan is planning to fail
There is a slippery space when you get clear about what you
want. Start small pay attention to the what? Not the how? When
you focus on how you will accomplish big goals, you will never
begin taking small steps towards achievement. You will give up
once the excitement is gone.
I realize that I have a choice I can make things happen in my life,
watch things happen or I can wonder what happened. I
understand the importance of planning my life. I am serious
about my dream, my vision and my mission. Success does not
just happen it is planned for.
My plan is my direction and puts my dream within my reach
providing me action steps and once I take a step I’m on my way
to achievement.
A planned life is a self- controlled life. I live my life by choice and
not by chance. Taking control of my life is the way I achieve what
I really want.
A planned life allows me to step into my personal freedom the
kind of freedom that exist on the inside of me that creates a plan
for my future.
A planned life opens up possibilities. Part of this process is letting
those past pains, old mindsets and preconceived notions go. I
can wipe the slate clean and recreate myself. I plan who I want
to be, what I want to do and what I want to have. I can redesign
the plan based on what I know.

I am here to serve you, not sell you
something
It’s my time, it’s your time, and it’s all of our time to join in the
mission of helping the human condition by relieving pain and
suffering.
Notice I take time to see another’s pain and offer support in
helping to relieve their pain. Notice what it must be like to be
where they are, to try their shoes on. Listen to their life story.
Take time to care with warmth, empathy and respect.
Opportunity I see opportunity to teach people life skills that will
teach them how to think, not what to think, how to feel, not what
to feel, how to solve their problems, not give them my solutions
but offer them techniques and strategies to discover their own
solutions.
My work I serve people who need to experience their life
differently and understand they need help to accomplish this.
You are here for a reason. You need answers to your questions,
solutions to your problems. It is not my responsibility to take you
where you want to go, t is your responsibility to get there yourself
and I will help you get there by helping you know and understand
yourself, I will show you the way- who are you?
You will not pay for coaching or me. You are investing in you.
I am here to serve you not sell you something.
I am not a speaker, I am not giving lectures. I am a relationship
coach this is how I teach through my coaching. You are my
business and I work for you by coaching my ass off until you get
the results you want.

Create Trust
“Trust, but verify”
- Ronald Reagan
I earn trust not demand it
As a coach and life skills trainer, I teach. Real learning can only
happen in a space of trust. Without trust an individual’s
remarkable ability to learn is shut off. Strong emotional
connections are formed in a trusting space and these
connections enable powerful growth to occur. Often our
relationships are troubled by conflict, negativity and
disagreements. I am committed to and I take personal
responsibility for creating a trusting space between us. Creating
trust is my first and most important obligation as a coach.
Trust doesn’t mean that will never make a mistake, I too am on
my own learning journey. It does mean, however, that when I do
make a mistake I will be honest, walk in integrity acknowledge
the mistake and manage myself as we move on. Mistakes do not
destroy trust rather the denial of it.
I require myself to have an open mind and a non-judgmental
attitude of you. I provide support with the need to challenge. If I
only provide you support you may be prevented form growing
and developing at the speed that will satisfy you, if I only
challenge you I am at risk of damaging your self- worth.
This description paints the picture of the two in perfect balance
When you confront me, I can trust that you are pushing me to
think beyond my existing paradigms, not trying to blame or
hinder me.
When you ask me to explain my reasoning, I can trust that you
will not use my words against me, but will help me seek higher
levels of performance.
My mistakes will be treated as learning opportunities – steps on
the path of accomplishments not failures.

We do business with those we trust
This is the ability to give and receive information, it is critical in
motivating and implementing change. And as such is critical in
my coaching and life skills training process. The opportunity for
feedback is all around me all the time. As a coach I understand
every time I speak or listen to another I am giving and receiving
feedback it is the tone of voice, word choice and level of
attention that will reveals the level of trust and respect towards
the person in front of me. I work to make feedback supportive
and non-judgmental. I am comfortable in giving and receiving
feedback.
I fully own the power of my words and I am responsible for what
and how I provide and receive feedback. I am aware of my
personal opinions and judgments and I am responsible to let
them go. I am responsible for the results of my delivery of my
feedback. Feedback delivered well can result in positive action
and change. Delivered poorly it can result in negativity, hostility
and rebellion. I do not equate feedback as an opportunity to
demoralize, criticize or judge others. My coaching and training
feedback is neither positive nor negative, it is simply feedback.
I hear critical feedback and respond to the person in a way that
doesn’t make things worse, but listen to the truth in what they
say and find a way to check in with it objectively. I believe there
is some element of truth in any kind of feedback and this offers
an opportunity for growth and development.
I understand that my feedback drives performance. Learning
what an individual does well increases their confidence and they
are more likely to stretch themselves and share their skills.
Being aware of those areas that need improvement helps them
improve performance more quickly. Consistent feedback on
performance and new skills promotes professional and personal
growth. I am committed in providing feedback in a timely and
respectful manner that will foster loyalty.www.rexseven.com

This description paints the picture of the two in perfect balance When you confront me, I can trust that you are pushing me to think beyond my existing paradigms, not trying to blame or hinder me. When you ask me to explain my reasoning, I can trust that you will not use my words against me, but will help me seek higher levels of performance. My mistakes will be treated as learning opportunities – steps on the path of accomplishments not failures. Bianco – Mathis Nabors and Roman 2002www.rexseven.com
  • 7. Effective Feedback D.A.N.C.E Business Model Wathenia Guinn re|x|seven We do business with those we trust This is the ability to give and receive information, it is critical in motivating and implementing change. And as such is critical in my coaching and life skills training process. The opportunity for feedback is all around me all the time. As a coach I understand every time I speak or listen to another I am giving and receiving feedback it is the tone of voice, word choice and level of attention that will reveals the level of trust and respect towards the person in front of me. I work to make feedback supportive and non-judgmental. I am comfortable in giving and receiving feedback. I fully own the power of my words and I am responsible for what and how I provide and receive feedback. I am aware of my personal opinions and judgments and I am responsible to let them go. I am responsible for the results of my delivery of my feedback. Feedback delivered well can result in positive action and change. Delivered poorly it can result in negativity, hostility and rebellion. I do not equate feedback as an opportunity to demoralize, criticize or judge others. My coaching and training feedback is neither positive nor negative, it is simply feedback. I hear critical feedback and respond to the person in a way that doesn’t make things worse, but listen to the truth in what they say and find a way to check in with it objectively. I believe there is some element of truth in any kind of feedback and this offers an opportunity for growth and development. I understand that my feedback drives performance. Learning what an individual does well increases their confidence and they are more likely to stretch themselves and share their skills. Being aware of those areas that need improvement helps them improve performance more quickly. Consistent feedback on performance and new skills promotes professional and personal growth. I am committed in providing feedback in a timely and respectful manner that will foster loyalty.www.rexseven.com “Good business leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision and relentlessly drive it to completion” -Thomas Hardy
