Challenges:
Organization feels a few challenges specially in peak months. See Fig.3. To list
a few:
1. In order to meet 1500 Recruits, the organization current selection rate is
15%. i.e over 10,000 candidates are scheduled for meeting.
2. Average Interview time spent from a Team Leader is between 25-35
minutes.
3. Average Waiting time for interviewee is between 30-40 minutes.
4. Average TAT (Turn around Time) between Step 1 to Step 3 was 15 days.
