• Our prospects and customers are expecting a personalized, consistent, and comprehensive experience no matter if
they are accessing Rovi information via a web browser, tablet device, smart phone
• We want to leverage the power of AEM content management and Salesforce (Service and Marketing) to provide real-
time personalized content which drives higher customer satisfaction and allows us to continually optimize the
customer experience
• Workflows (content author review) to facilitate the publishing of content at the right interval for our organization
• Smart tagging of content, saving our content authors time and allowing a consistent strategy for content taxonomy
which is used by personalization
• CRM integration (Salesforce, Pardot…) allowing leads generated on the website to be processed and managed
• Real-time product information management (PIM) integration providing a common experience for displaying content
• Salesforce provides necessary systems functions like infrastructure, security, registration, monitoring
• Configure AEM to leverage Pardot for lead nurturing, lead scoring and grading, social posting, and ROI reporting to
help marketing and sales teams work together to generate and qualify sales leads, shorten sales cycles

Rovi Customer Community Overview • Our prospects and customers are expecting a personalized, consistent, and comprehensive experience no matter if they are accessing Rovi information via a web browser, tablet device, smart phone • We want to leverage the power of AEM content management and Salesforce (Service and Marketing) to provide real- time personalized content which drives higher customer satisfaction and allows us to continually optimize the customer experience • Workflows (content author review) to facilitate the publishing of content at the right interval for our organization • Smart tagging of content, saving our content authors time and allowing a consistent strategy for content taxonomy which is used by personalization • CRM integration (Salesforce, Pardot…) allowing leads generated on the website to be processed and managed • Real-time product information management (PIM) integration providing a common experience for displaying content • Salesforce provides necessary systems functions like infrastructure, security, registration, monitoring • Configure AEM to leverage Pardot for lead nurturing, lead scoring and grading, social posting, and ROI reporting to help marketing and sales teams work together to generate and qualify sales leads, shorten sales cycles
