3. I have had lots of success meeting individuals through group
discussions on LinkedIn, attending networking events in my
area, SCORE (a government-run organization that matches you

qualities and successes of multiple people and observing the steps

5. Determine what your expectations are regarding a mentor and see if
there is someone in your organization, church, or club that exhibits
these qualities and then approach them. Most people are completely

6. The best advice I can give you is to be coachable. If you're not
willing to do what your mentor suggests, you're wasting your time
and theirs. I jokingly tell people that if my mentor told me to jump
