The Loop of Confidence workshop curriculum is a 5-week process to develop true self-confidence through taking daily actions, facing fears and limitations, and pushing past comfort zones. The workshop is interactive and action-driven, with exercises each week and discussions of results. By learning about oneself, thoughts, and fears, and continually taking steps out of one's comfort zone, participants can initiate their own "Loop of Confidence" and gain success, self-awareness, and an enduring sense of self-confidence.
