3. „I was born in the town Nové Zámky in 1933 and I spent
my childhood there, till I finished the secondary school. I
went to Grammar school and Business Academy too. I
mean, I went to Grammar school after the fourth form of
the Elementary school. After 2 years of studying there, the
school was cancelled and I got to Business Academy. It was
interesting I was late to school on the first day, and what
was worse, I did not find where the school was, because
during holidays the school was moved to another place, to
the building of Grammar School, and I went there where I
was taking the entrance exam. It was my first experience
with my secondary school And then this school was
renamed to Commercial School, later on Higher
Commercial School and finally I was taking the leaving
exam at Economical School.“

5. „After 4 years I finished it and imagine…I went to Chemical
University and then I went to the Seminary to study
Divinity. It was difficult, because that time – during the
socialism it was not possible to study at two universities
and especially divinity. I got to the Seminary in Bratislava
in 1957 and I finished it in 1962. Then priestly life came. I
was working as a parson for 10 years, I was a helper of the
priest in Zlaté Moravce for 2 years, in Bratislava 6 years
and in Dunajská treda 2 years. There I started to learn
Hungarian language. I was screaning the pictures -
diapositives to children and they were showing and asking
me in Hungarian „And what is this?, what is that?“ and like
this I was learning Hungarian language from children. And
then Hungarian was the language of the masses I was
serving.“

now when I am retired, I am still active… I
love serving and helping people who need to
meet God every day.
I AM GLAD TO BE HERE FOR PEOPLE AND IT
GIVES ME A LOT OF POSITIVE ENERGY TO BE
ACTIVE EVEN IN THIS AGE.“
