Level 2 Higher Diploma Creative and MediaUnit 1: Scene
o Health and safety exits are places all around the venue. They will pointed out to the
public before the festival starts to volunteers and staff. The public will receive this
information before they enter the festival.
o We will have special volunteers to transfer the equipment from one place to another.
o All strengths of the people on my team have been considered. I have given roles to
people who are suitable they are also aware of their roles, strengths and weaknesses.
We have had a production meeting to discuss all of these issues that we as a team have
acknowledged.
