6. Organization The instruction described in the following project was specifically designed for use at the Donegal High School in the Donegal School District in Mount Joy, Pa.

7. Problem Instructional time is wasted during activities utilizing laptops because students do not know how to correct common technology errors.

8. Need Students need direct instruction of troubleshooting strategies.

9. Goal When experiencing log in or network connectivity problems, the learners will be able to diagnose and implement solutions to the problems without teacher intervention.

Objective of Instruction Given a content area classroom of varying grade levels equipped with a Windows based laptop cart of 30 wireless laptops, learners will diagnose and implement solutions to basic connectivity and login problems without teacher intervention in order to maximize classroom productivity.
